R-Plus is run by Rob Wilson who has been an IT director for 20 years. Rob has worked in a range of small/medium size businesses managing software development, online marketing and IT infrastructure. His experience includes bringing IT into companies for the first time as well as improving on existing IT systems.

Having been a board level director as well as running his own companies he is experienced in talking about IT in business terms rather than buzz words. Bringing other directors with him based on helping them understand rather than overpowering them with technical terms.
